RETURN POLICY

Something not right? Don’t worry, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item (s) within 15 days of delivery. If you are using PayPal, you can return your order free of charge at no additional charge. If you are using a different payment method, you will be responsible for the shipping charges to our European deposit in Portugal.

Your Accessory should:

– Be returned within 15 days of delivery.

– Not be used and returned in original condition.

– Have all tags and plastic stickers attached.

– Include the original packaging.

Something not right? Don’t worry, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your order for free if you paid with PayPal. This is a Paypal service. You can find more information by clicking on the banner below:

REFUND

In the event of revocation by the buyer within the trial period, Miss Joy will credit the buyer within 14 days of receipt of the return. Any credit due as a result of a return shipment will be refunded to the account the buyer used to pay for the original order.

SHIPPING

For mainland Portugal and the rest of the world we use flat rates.
We use the Registered Mail Service.

The transportation fee is free according to the current temporary campaign.

NON-EU COUNTRIES – CUSTOMS, TAXES, RIGHTS AND FEES

If you are ordering outside the EU, you may need to pay fees, taxes or customs duties. You will be responsible for all taxes, customs and import taxes. These will be due on or after delivery.
Please be aware that Miss Joy has no control over any duties, customs and taxes charged by the country to which your order is being shipped. We cannot advise you on what the cost will be, as these charges may vary by country.
Since these fees are not calculated or applied to Miss Joy orders, please contact your local customs office for more information if you are unsure of the charges.

After the shipment of the order, for the order to arrive at your door, you usually need:

Continental Portugal: 1-3 business days
Madeira: up to 5 business days
Azores: 7-11 business days
European Community Countries: 3-7 business days
Countries outside the European Community: up to 15 business days
Brazil: 10-22 business days

Delivery times can be extended during periods of high flow of objects such as holidays and Christmas.
Customs parcel holding situations may delay delivery.

PAYPAL

PayPal is an easy, fast and reliable payment method. As long as you have a PayPal account, simply pay using your email address and password. Your purchase is also guaranteed with buyer protection. Your order is shipped upon receipt of money PayPal offers several payment options and guarantees orders up to € 500. Once you choose PayPal as your payment method, you will be redirected to PayPal and prompted to sign in with your account or sign up for a new account. Now simply select the desired payment method (credit, debit or PayPal credit card) and confirm the payment.

CREDIT CARD

When paying by credit card, simply select the preferred credit card type. We accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express credit cards. For credit card payment, we need your credit card number, expiration date, and verification code on the back of your credit card. Our payment provider Lusopay enables a convenient and secure payment process, directly in our checkout process. Your credit card account will be charged after your order has been completed.
